As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be the critical bridge between our engineering team and our users. This is a strategic, hands-on role that owns the full customer lifecycle. You aren't just a marketer; you are a storyteller and a trusted advisor who shapes how the world discovers our products, how customers are onboarded, and how they grow with us over time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a Product Marketing role with a track record of driving measurable metrics like product adoption and activation.
  • Direct experience in Web3, blockchain, or fintech is required. You should be comfortable in data-heavy discussions and able to grasp complex technical products quickly.
  • You use data to find the "why" and can turn those insights into sharp, actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to influence both leadership and technical cross-functional teams.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-velocity environments and can remain steady and empathetic under the pressure of a scaling startup.

Responsibilities

  • Positioning & Messaging: Translate complex technical features into compelling narratives that connect our stablecoin solutions to tangible business outcomes for fintechs and institutions.
  • GTM Strategy: Design and execute end-to-end Go-to-Market campaigns for new products, managing everything from initial planning to post-launch adoption analysis.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Own the post-acquisition journey—creating programs for onboarding, activation, and long-term retention.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a technical advisor to key partners, helping them troubleshoot blockers and track success metrics to ensure they achieve their financial goals.
  • Cross-Functional Connector: Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" internally, ensuring Product, Engineering, and Sales teams are aligned on market needs and product narratives.
