Product Marketing Manager
About The Position
Premier Global Links, LLC is seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead for a well-funded AI and robotics company transforming warehouse automation through autonomous mobile robot (AMR) fleets. As the company's first dedicated marketer, you will build its marketing function from the ground up, owning product marketing, demand generation, and industry events. Working closely with commercial leadership and sales, you will develop programs that generate qualified enterprise pipeline and drive revenue across North America and EMEA. This role suits a marketing professional who enjoys building strategy while executing campaigns in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including product marketing and enterprise demand generation.
- Hands-on experience owning product positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and competitive content.
- Experience building marketing programs that support enterprise sales pipelines and revenue growth.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills, including funnel metrics, campaign attribution, and marketing budget management.
- A builder mindset, with the ability to develop strategy and execute independently in a small, fast-moving team.
- Ability to work on-site in San Mateo, California.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in warehouse automation, robotics, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), supply chain technology, material handling, or industrial technology.
- Experience marketing complex technology solutions to enterprise customers.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Experience managing trade shows and industry events such as MODEX or ProMat.
- Experience supporting international marketing programs across North America and EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the marketing strategy for enterprise warehouse robotics and automation solutions.
- Own B2B product marketing, including positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
- Develop demand generation campaigns that generate qualified leads and support enterprise sales pipeline growth.
- Plan and manage industry events, trade shows, and marketing programs across North America and EMEA.
- Partner with sales and commercial leadership to align marketing activities with revenue targets.
- Create customer-facing content, presentations, and competitive materials that communicate product value.
- Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows using HubSpot or Marketo and Salesforce.
- Track funnel performance, attribution, campaign effectiveness, and budget ROI.
- Continuously improve marketing programs based on pipeline contribution and business results.
