The Position: Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing based in APAC, we are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our global team, supporting a global portfolio. This position is key to bringing to life the value, benefits, and capability of Hexagon solutions for our customers and regional sales teams. In this role, you will oversee a global portfolio for our Resource Optimisation Portfolio where your will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, sales enablement material and other marketing documentation that will enable our sales, customer success and regional teams. In this role you will collaborate with a diverse global stakeholder group, inc of global and regional marketing and communication personnel, product managers, sales team etc to support provision of plans/content that can be localised and amplified to specific region, working in synergy to support Hexagon’s goals in growth and retention. As part of our globally distributed team, this role offers a high level of autonomy and self-direction. You will be empowered to make decisions, manage priorities, and drive initiatives independently, while collaborating across time zones and cultures. This dynamic environment may require availability for meetings in various time zones or international travel throughout the year. Requirements

  • Demonstrated background in managing a diverse portfolio of product line capabilities.
  • Track record of success in defining and executing strategies for market entry and implementation—ideally within Mining Operational Technology.
  • Experience at a mid to senior level in Sales & Marketing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full sales lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to develop impactful sales enablement materials in various formats, tailored to different audiences.
  • Solid grasp of the product lifecycle, go-to-market strategies, and the needs of sales channels.
  • Comfortable adapting to evolving business or customer requirements, with a proactive approach to pivoting strategies when needed.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Committed to delivering a seamless customer service lifecycle through partnership and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams and functions.
  • Valid working rights for U.S.
