We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to commercialize and grow our small and medium-sized business (SMB) offers, with a strong emphasis on retail, healthcare, and professional/personal services. This is a critical role to scale our commerce capabilities and bring high-impact product initiatives to market. The Product Marketing Manager will partner closely with the go-to-market team and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships/Channels, Operations, Support, Finance, and Marketing to ensure successful launches and improvements to existing solutions. Working independently, this role requires clear customer insight, strong judgment, and a high bar for execution to help teams align on product development, launch strategies, and driving adoption and revenue.
