About The Position

The Cross-Solutions Product Marketing team leads messaging, positioning, and enablement for TransUnion’s Specialized Risk Group (SRG) solutions, supporting go-to-market success across a diverse set of industries and buying centers, including investigations, customer engagement, fraud, and data & analytics. The team partners closely with Product, Strategy, and Sales to bring clarity, consistency, and value-driven storytelling to a complex portfolio undergoing active transformation. This role reports into Product Marketing leadership within the Cross-Solutions Marketing organization. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. This role exists as a backfill to maintain momentum and stability across SRG product marketing during a critical period of portfolio rationalization and transformation. The Product Marketing Manager will own messaging and enablement for the Investigations pillar and Prefill solutions within SRG and help unify how solutions are positioned and sold in market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or data-driven solutions, to independently own messaging and enablement workstreams
  • Proven experience developing positioning and sales enablement that helps sellers adopt new language and effectively articulate value
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, used to simplify complex offerings and influence stakeholders
  • Experience working within cross-functional, matrixed environments where prioritization and influence are critical
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity, transformation, or portfolio change
  • Development of sales enablement assets (e.g., pitch decks, asset sheets, product snapshots)
  • Familiarity with go-to-market and product marketing frameworks (e.g., ICPs, personas, positioning and messaging guides)
  • Comfort working across collaboration and presentation tools commonly used for enablement and stakeholder engagement

  • Prior exposure to Specialized Risk Group (SRG) products or similar complex solution portfolios

Responsibilities

  • Drive go-to-market efforts and product launches for SRG Investigations and Prefill solutions, including core product marketing deliverables such as Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement assets
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, value-driven positioning and messaging aligned to customer challenges, common use cases, and buyer motivations across customer- and seller-facing touchpoints
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Strategy, and Marketing to align go-to-market efforts to roadmap and business priorities
  • Lead sales enablement efforts and deliver seller trainings (often for large groups)
  • Bring clarity, structure, and direction to an environment with high ambiguity and evolving inputs
  • Lead through influence, aligning stakeholders and establishing best-in-class standards across a dynamic organization
