About The Position

MCIM is seeking a strategic, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts across its product portfolio. This mid-senior level role will be responsible for shaping messaging, content, and positioning to drive adoption, expansion, and sales enablement within an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) focused funnel. The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the executive team to translate product innovation into market impact.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of product marketing experience in SaaS, ideally in enterprise or vertical software.
  • Experience in or familiarity with data center infrastructure, enterprise asset management, or adjacent spaces strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth-stage environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling instincts.
  • Experience with ABM programs and working with Sales and Product counterparts.
  • Demonstrated ability to create content across various formats and buyer stages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of persona frameworks and product messaging tailored to buying stages.
  • Own creation and maintenance of marketing and sales content (e.g. product literature, decks, videos, ROI tools).
  • Drive go-to-market planning for product launches, including release notes, internal training, and external enablement.
  • Partner with Sales to deliver compelling product presentations and assets for ABM tiers.
  • Train the go-to-market team on how to position and sell new features and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to design and execute cross-sell and expansion plays.
  • Translate product capabilities into value-driven narratives for Site Chiefs, Ops Leaders, and Finance personas.
  • Act as a key conduit, delivering valuable feedback from go-to-market teams to our Product organization.
  • Lead ongoing competitive monitoring and analysis to build actionable insights and battle cards, shaping MCIM’s sales enablement, positioning, and product roadmap strategy.
