Glean is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (Pricing & Packaging) to help us consistently innovate and bring new capabilities to market. As we continue to evolve our platform, this role will define both the long-term strategy and near-term playbooks for pricing and packaging, including the frameworks, operating model, and go-to-market strategies we use as we launch new AI capabilities and scale the business. Sitting at the intersection of product, finance, and sales, this role translates product strategy and customer value into clear commercial structures and customer-first positioning. Partnering closely with sales enablement, you’ll be a primary point of contact on pricing for the field and leadership, with meaningful influence over how our commercial model evolves.
