About The Position

Hightouch is rapidly growing—in no small part due to our strong partnerships with technology and solutions vendors. This role will be a key part of our continued growth. As a Product Marketing Manager, Partnerships, you will work closely with sales and marketing counterparts to deepen relationships and drive new business by marketing to, through, and with our partners. You’ll be in the thick of building our partner marketing motion. You’ll write blogs; you’ll meet with sales; you’ll develop campaigns; you’ll do whatever it takes to move our partnerships forward.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • GTM Skills: Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Storytelling: Proficient in turning complex, technology-heavy topics into digestible, compelling stories that resonate with target audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting clear, persuasive messaging.
  • Technical Product Positioning: Ability to understand and clearly articulate the technical aspects and benefits of our products to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Organization: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Partnerships: Experience improving strategic partnerships and marketing within ecosystems, such as Snowflake, Salesforce, or other martech platforms.
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced setting while wearing many hats.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms, MarTech & lifecycle marketing, AdTech & first-party data in advertising, and/or data warehouses.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their business objectives and aligning marketing efforts to drive mutual success.
  • Product Positioning: Help create and define differentiating positioning for our products and solutions, tailored for each partner.
  • Campaign Development: Plan and execute strategic joint marketing campaigns, sales plays, and co-branded initiatives with partners to raise brand awareness and generate revenue.
  • Content Collaboration: Develop compelling marketing content with and for partners, including blogs, conference presentations, webinars, and other collateral that demonstrate the value of our joint solutions.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop training, resources, and sales plays to enable the partner's sales teams to effectively promote and sell our products and services.

Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is $130,000-$145,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy.
  • We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
