About The Position

Zscaler is seeking a Product Marketing Manager – AI Protect to join their team. This hybrid role, based in San Jose, will report to the VP, Product Marketing – AI Security. AI Protect is Zscaler's solution to both these challenges. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and field enablement for this strategically important product line, ensuring a sharp, differentiated message reaches the market and equipping the global sales organization for success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of how security teams operate, their concerns, and how to develop tools that provide a competitive advantage to sales teams.

  • BS/MS in a STEM, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop sharp, highly differentiated messaging and competitive positioning for B2B security products across technical and leadership buying personas in active, contested markets.
  • Demonstrated experience building robust sales enablement programs and field tools—such as battlecards, targeted sales plays, and persona-specific assets—that drive measurable field impact.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills that display absolute precision on the page and complete confidence on the stage.
