Requirements

  • BSc / MSc / PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Electronics, or a related technical discipline; MBA is a strong advantage.
  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor product marketing, product management, business development, applications engineering, or a related strategic role.
  • Proven track record of defining product strategies, influencing technology roadmaps, building business cases, and delivering profitable growth.
  • Solid understanding of DC/DC datacenter power distribution including IBC and VR modules, protection and control circuits.
  • Experience engaging directly with strategic customers and translating market needs into product and business strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional organizations and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to combine technical depth and business acumen.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
  • Motivated by the opportunity to build and grow a new business, with the ability to connect customers, applications, technology, and strategy into a compelling growth vision.
  • Availability for domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and drive the business strategy, portfolio roadmap, and market positioning for the IBC module business, leveraging deep analysis of customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies.
  • Define value propositions, portfolio strategies, and go-to-market plans for new product introductions, ensuring clear differentiation and commercial success.
  • Lead strategic customer engagements and support key design-win opportunities, acting as a trusted business partner to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Own business planning activities, including business case development, long-term growth strategies, revenue planning, pricing strategy and profitability management.
  • Lead forecasting and commercial performance management, consolidating customer insights, design-win status, market intelligence, and opportunity pipelines to develop accurate revenue outlooks.
  • Own CRM opportunity management and executive business reporting, ensuring accurate tracking of commercial opportunities, portfolio performance and key business metrics.
  • Act as the primary interface between customers, sales, operations, R&D, technical marketing, and management, driving cross-functional alignment and execution against business objectives.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members, establishing best practices and fostering a culture of customer focus, accountability, collaboration, and strategic business ownership.
