We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Product Marketing Coordinator to support our product marketing efforts and help bring our products to life through compelling content and collateral. You'll work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to execute launches, create sales enablement materials, and ensure our internal teams have what they need to succeed. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build a strong foundation in B2B product marketing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, or a related role (B2B tech experience a plus)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling language
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, ChurnZero, or Navattic
  • Background in the live events industry
  • Experience creating video content or demos
  • Previous work in a startup or fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution of feature and product launches across all channels such as email, website and in-app
  • Coordinate launch timelines and deliverables across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Create internal launch communications and training materials to get teams up to speed
  • Track launch activities and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Help maintain our launch checklist and playbook
  • Create and maintain sales collateral including one-pagers, battle cards, presentation decks, and product sheets
  • Develop product-focused content for the website, blog, and email campaigns
  • Build short product demo videos and feature walkthroughs that showcase our capabilities
  • Update and maintain our collateral library to ensure everything is current and on-brand
  • Support the creation of customer-facing materials for launches and campaigns
  • Develop training materials and resources that help sales and CS teams talk about our products
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests for sales collateral and product information
  • Help gather and synthesize competitive intelligence from various sources
  • Support customer interviews and case study development
  • Track product feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams
  • Maintain competitive comparison documents and feature matrices
  • Contribute to customer segmentation and persona development
