About The Position

Aline is a software platform purpose-built for senior care operators. Serving more than 9,000 communities, Aline brings together sales and marketing, clinical, financial, and operational capabilities to help teams work with shared visibility and greater confidence. Our mission is to elevate aging by helping communities connect, care, operate, and grow. The Product Marketing Manager is the primary owner of Aline’s product narrative and launches, with shared ownership of platform-wide strategy across a growing, multi-product SaaS platform. This is a hands-on manager-level role for a product marketer who thrives in complexity and leads cross-functional alignment—turning evolving products, integrations, and intelligence into clear, credible, and actionable stories for the market, sales teams, and customers.

Requirements

  • Proven ownership of packaging, lifecycle communication, and feature adoption
  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in B2B, multi-product SaaS environments
  • Experience positioning AI-driven or intelligence-enabled products, especially when embedded across workflows
  • Exceptional slide development and storytelling skills
  • Comfort partnering deeply with Product and Growth on in-app messaging and adoption

Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks across Aline’s full, multi-product portfolio, ensuring clarity across modules, integrations, and tiers
  • Maintain product menus, feature lists, and packaging documentation that accurately reflect product maturity, AI readiness, integrations, and customer value
  • Define and govern product, feature, and integration naming conventions to ensure clarity, consistency, and customer comprehension as the platform evolves
  • Own the positioning and narrative of Aline Intelligence as it evolves from discrete features into an embedded layer across the platform—anchored in practical outcomes, responsible positioning, and customer trust.
  • Ensure GTM teams understand what intelligence is available today vs. emerging, how it should be positioned responsibly, and what outcomes customers can expect—serving as steward of Aline’s AI readiness and transparency framework.
  • Own product-led messaging and adoption strategy for new and existing features
  • Partner with Product and Customer Success to define in-app messaging and announcements, feature education and contextual guidance, and adoption narratives tied to real customer value
  • Own how Aline’s products and intelligence appear across web, sales, and marketing assets, partnering with Product and Design to visually demonstrate value.
  • Leads development and ongoing evolution of key sales assets
  • Partners with Enablement on rollout and training
  • Develop competitive positioning, ROI-driven narratives, and win/loss-informed messaging in partnership with Product.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to support training for Sales and Customer Success, ensuring teams deeply understand solution value, evolving AI capabilities, packaging and readiness signals
  • Support fast-turn, prospect- or customer-specific presentations, acting as a trusted partner to Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Own product roadmap communications with clear expectation-setting.
  • Lead product launches from a messaging, packaging, and adoption-readiness perspective
  • Support case study development by highlighting how customers adopt and benefit from Aline solutions over time
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure intelligence positioning is consistently reflected in external emails and newsletters, campaigns and announcements, and events, webinars, and thought leadership
