Requirements

  • 4 - 7 years of experience, with 4 serving as a hard floor, in a product marketing role
  • Proven ability to build marketing plans from scratch
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing and customer communications
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable as the only Product Marketing Manager, thriving in a hands-on, builder role
  • Must be based in New York City or San Francisco for in-office collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Own the changelog and education hub, ensuring new features are clearly communicated and adopted
  • Lead all lifecycle marketing initiatives for existing customers
  • Update and refine website messaging and product positioning as the platform evolves
  • Develop and maintain messaging frameworks and core narrative
