About The Position

We're building the learning infrastructure that transforms AI agents into true digital workers. While today’s agents can reason and plan, they fail to do meaningful work because they lack real experience operating in apps. Composio gives agents continuously improving, reusable skills across 800+ production-grade app connectors including Gmail, Linear, and Hubspot. We handle authentication, tool routing, retries, failure handling, and observability, making every action safe and dependable. With a $25M Series A led by Lightspeed and 3× ARR growth since the beginning of 2026, we’re scaling fast and building for durability. We're looking for a product marketer who's done this before at an early-stage developer tools company. This person will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market — not manage a team or build slide decks for sales.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in product marketing, with at least 2 years at a developer tools / developer infrastructure company (not just generic B2B SaaS)
  • Has built positioning and messaging from scratch for a technical product — not inherited or iterated on existing work
  • Strong writer. We'll evaluate on writing quality — blog posts, landing pages, launch copy.
  • Technical fluency — can sit in on engineering discussions and translate that into clear value props without needing everything spoon-fed
  • Have owned at least one significant product launch end-to-end

Responsibilities

  • Define how the world talks about Composio. Build our positioning and messaging from scratch and ensure we have a cohesive narrative that flows across every channel, surface, and conversation.
  • Own every product launch. Coordinate the angle, the sequence, the channels, and the assets. Our engineering team builds exceptional products — you make sure the world knows about them.
  • Identify and close content gaps. Case studies, landing pages, comparison pages, white papers. What do people need to know that we aren't telling them?
  • Build agentic workflows that level up the entire marketing team. Dogfood our product to build powerful workflows that accelerate team velocity. (The product is very good — this is easier than you think)
  • Be the voice of the market internally. Track the ecosystem, know what competitors are shipping, and demonstrate deep empathy for our customers and the pain points they feel.

Benefits

  • Lunch and dinner provided in the office
  • Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • $200/month learning and development budget
  • $1,000/month AI tool experimentation budget to automate, accelerate, and improve how you work
  • High-ownership role with direct exposure to leadership and company-building decisions
  • Competitive salary and equity
