About The Position

PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator that will coordinate customer order planning, processing, scheduling, monitoring, and fulfillment to support company objectives. Will use Planning Workbench and M3 to facilitate orders and address manufacturing issues. The Incumbent will act as the central point for decision-making, moving orders between customer service and production, simulating the impact on capacity and material availability. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a properly accredited college or university, plus a minimum of 3 years’ sales operations, PING customer service, product planning: OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated effective leadership, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information accurately and tactfully.
  • Proven record of high integrity and excellent judgment.
  • Must demonstrate trust and credibility and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
  • Computer literacy: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, TEAMS, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of PING product line, golf and the golf industry.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize Infor M3 Planning Workbench modules for production planning, and inventory management so orders are planned, processed, monitored, and fulfilled accurately and customer service deadlines and fulfillment dates are met.
  • Coordinates with different departments to ensure orders will ship per Available To Promise (ATP) dates
  • Practice effective two-way communication with both Sr. Product Line Manager and Sr. Manager Manufacturing Fulfillment to ensure appropriate levels of manufacturing capacity are planned, and detailed customer order fulfillment plans finalized for the week(s) ahead.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing and Warehouse team to align supply with demand and address production disruptions.
  • Facilitate scheduling of customer orders and resolve issues (hold, shortages, etc.) on orders.
  • Coordinate weekly replenishment orders for National Accounts and facilitate completion of replenishment to ensure shipments are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with production and process engineering management to ensure assembly release dates for prebuilds are adequate to meet new product line launch dates.
  • Continuously monitor and update product lead times to align with available capacity.
  • Conduct business process reviews, identify gaps and develop functional specifications to align M3 with business needs.
  • Manage the action log for planning decisions, ensuring visibility and closing the loop between planning and execution.
  • Create multiple schedule versions to simulate different production scenarios and evaluate their impact on the internal supply chain before committing a plan.
  • Communicate with Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, Product Management team members regarding changes to strategy in order fulfillment planning and implementation for both Hard Goods and Soft Goods.
  • Work closely with Customization department management to ensure orders that can be processed are coordinated and will be able to log in accordance with the available to promise (ATP) date.
  • Be responsible for communicating updates on component delays and outages to key stakeholders.
  • Occasional domestic travel may be required.
