About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator role supports the day-to-day operations of the Nashville SC Marketing Department. This position assists with grassroots marketing efforts and matchday fan experiences, while also playing an important role in administrative coordination and organization across the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (preferably in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field).
  • Strong organizational skills, and capable of managing multiple projects at a time.
  • Must possess advanced level Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable with being a team player and thriving in a collaborative, creative environment.
  • Ability to be prompt, dependable and detail-oriented, and manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
  • Ability to be a team player, contribute ideas and thrive in a collaborative, creative environment.
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing data capture initiatives to generate leads and grow the Nashville SC database.
  • Lead grassroots initiatives in the Nashville Community for events and identify new opportunities for activations throughout the calendar year.
  • Plan & execute grassroots activations that the NSC Street Team is present at.
  • Assist in planning and executing fan zone activations during the season – ensuring vendors, sponsors, and activities are creating the best fan experience possible.
  • Assist with hiring, managing and scheduling of the NSC Street Team.
  • Work with internal departments and external partners to facilitate orders of licensed goods.
  • Assist with managing department inventory of promotional items and uniforms, reordering them when necessary
  • Fulfill administrative needs of the marketing department.
