This person is driven to create meaningful experiences for our employees, guests, and community. We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our marketing department's project management and administrative needs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. ROLE SUMMARY: The Marketing Coordinator supports Hotel Drover’s Marketing Department with project coordination, content creation, and administrative tasks. This role contributes to the successful execution of campaigns, events, and community initiatives while gaining valuable hospitality marketing experience within the Autograph Collection brand. The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in bringing Hotel Drover’s unique Texas hospitality story to life.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in both office and event environments, including occasional evenings or weekends for event support.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or marketing/advertising internship.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the Fort Worth community and local hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools such as Canva.
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing marketing project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and provide regular updates.
  • Assist in the creation of project briefs, status reports, and other project documentation.
  • Assist with social media content development, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Help coordinate and support marketing events, community service projects, and team member appreciation events.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as meeting preparation, agendas, minutes, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Organize and maintain department files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming project-related communications.
  • Order and manage office supplies, promotional items, and marketing collateral.
  • Support the maintenance and updates of CRM systems, marketing databases, and contact lists.
  • All other duties as assigned.
