About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team in Lehi. The PM will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality digital experiences on Adobe Target. Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and business teams to meet customer needs and business goals. About Adobe Target Adobe Target is the industry-leading experimentation and personalization platform, enabling businesses to deliver optimized, technology-enhanced experiences across web, mobile, and emerging channels. Target powers real-time decisioning, advanced testing, and personalization at scale, helping brands improve engagement and conversion through data-driven insights and automation. Role Overview We are looking for a Product Manager to define and deliver the next generation of Adobe Target capabilities. You’ll join the Optimization & Personalization Product Management team, which is focused on building AI-powered experimentation and personalization workflows that integrate seamlessly with Adobe Experience Platform and emerging agentic AI solutions. Your work will accelerate customer experience optimization for thousands of global brands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 1-3 of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software
  • Interest in / experience with experimentation frameworks, personalization strategies, and AI/ML concepts.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Competitive and Market Analysis: Research industry trends in experimentation, personalization, and technology-based optimization to inform roadmap priorities and maintain Adobe’s leadership position.
  • Build product: Partner with cross-functional teams to build prototypes and share a roadmap that advances capabilities in areas like agentic AI, experimentation and real-time personalization.
  • Translate Customer Needs into Requirements: Define detailed requirements based on deep understanding of customer jobs-to-be-done, focusing on workflows for experimentation, personalization, and data-supported decision making.
  • Collaborate Across Adobe Ecosystem: Work closely with other product managers, architects, and engineering leaders to deliver integrated solutions across Adobe Experience Platform, including AJO, AEM, CDP and CJA.
  • Drive Adoption and Continuous Improvement: Engage with early adopters, iterate quickly, and champion new capabilities to accelerate customer success and platform adoption.
