About The Position

At TD SYNNEX, we're building and scaling cloud solutions that can be adopted globally through our "Build Once – Use Everywhere" approach. We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who enjoys turning ideas into real products, influencing strategy, and working across business and technology teams. This role is ideal for someone who loves cloud technology, product ownership, and bringing innovative solutions to market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Cloud Solutions, or a similar role.
• Experience building, launching, or scaling technology products or services.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset and the ability to translate technology into business value.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
• Experience working across global, matrixed organizations.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a genuine passion for technology and innovation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within the IT channel, cloud distribution, managed services, or technology consulting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft partner programs and cloud ecosystems.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, planning, content creation, or product development.

Responsibilities

• Own and help grow the Cloud Labs portfolio across Europe, APJ, and the Americas.
• Define product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders.
• Drive the development, launch, and adoption of cloud solutions and services.
• Work closely with Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, and TD SYNNEX teams to prioritize initiatives and maximize business impact.
• Track product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously enhance customer value.
• Present, demonstrate, and champion solutions internally and externally.
• Create compelling business cases, executive presentations, and strategic updates.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve products, processes, and customer experiences.
• Act as the bridge between commercial, technical, and operational teams.
