The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical capability roadmaps, partnering with architects and engineering leaders, and owning and prioritizing the program/ART backlog to maximize business value. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, Product Owners, architects, risk partners, and leadership. The Product Manager will define feature scope, business outcomes, benefit hypotheses, success measures, and acceptance criteria, ensuring features are well-defined and understood before delivery. They will facilitate feature refinement, drive feature readiness by identifying and addressing requirements, dependencies, impacts, assumptions, and risks, and manage the feature lifecycle from intake to closure. The role involves coordinating delivery across multiple product teams, platforms, vendors, and technology organizations, driving resolution of cross-team dependencies and impediments, and collaborating with Product Owners and engineering teams during backlog decomposition and implementation. Additionally, the Product Manager will ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, technical strategy, and design decisions, facilitate prioritization, and make tradeoff decisions balancing customer value, risk, cost, capacity, and strategic objectives. They will ensure technical solutions meet enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, resiliency expectations, and operational support models, proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, and monitor delivery progress. The role also includes ensuring all necessary reviews, approvals, testing, training, and production readiness activities are completed, and that technical capabilities are operationally ready and compliant before release. Driving release readiness, coordinating approvals for production deployment, and participating in feature demonstrations and validation are key. The Product Manager will define and track success metrics, adoption measures, and value realization outcomes, analyze post-release results to inform future investments, and establish transparent communication with stakeholders and leadership. Influencing stakeholders, facilitating decision-making, and building alignment are crucial. Finally, the role drives continuous improvement through lessons learned and process enhancements.
