About The Position

Yext is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for its 1:1 messaging and email marketing products. This role is crucial for helping businesses engage customers with personalized, compliant, and high-performing messaging, operating at the intersection of communications, automation, and AI. The Product Manager will own the product roadmap for messaging and email, collaborating with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful features that drive adoption and customer value. The role is key in defining how Yext enables brands to transition from one-way communication to intelligent, automated, and personalized conversations at scale.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or martech.
  • Experience with messaging platforms, email marketing, CRM, or customer engagement tools.
  • Strong understanding of user workflows and building for non-technical users at scale.
  • Ability to translate complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product metrics.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automation platforms or workflow builders.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven personalization or content generation.
  • Background in compliance or regulated communication environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare).
  • Experience building products for distributed teams or franchise models.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 1:1 messaging and email marketing.
  • Build and launch scalable messaging experiences across channels.
  • Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
  • Develop features that leverage automation and AI to reduce manual effort and improve outcomes.
  • Work closely with customers to understand pain points and validate solutions.
  • Establish clear success metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversion, time saved, adoption).
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to drive successful launches and adoption.
