About The Position

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Mobility Essentials team to drive our vision, strategy, and roadmap. Umo Pass and cFlex are our cloud-hosted, full-featured electronic fare payment system for Transit Agencies. We’re a purely agile team which means that experience with Agile, Kanban, or Scrum is a must. You will be working closely with our product development teams, business owners, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize work for our platform. You’ll drive the execution for Umo Pass and cFlex, leading teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions for transit agencies worldwide. You will be fully aligned with our product roadmap and strategic plan and drive product development with our teams including grooming the backlog and day-to-day decisions on features, defects and debt. Your goal is to maximize value delivered in the minimum amount of time. To do this, you’ll use your experience to partner with key Umo and cFlex stakeholders in the business and technology teams as you deliver product. Ultimately, you will “own” Umo Pass and cFlex product delivery, and with your team, drive success to our existing and future customer base.

Requirements

Four-year college degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
3 years of product management or related experience
Demonstrated success in leading product launches and driving measurable business impact.
Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies
Exceptional analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile, Kanban, or Scrum is a must.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SaaS business models and large-scale platform products
Expertise in behavioral analytics, feature flag management, and customer engagement platforms.
Diversity of experience in product management, project management, vendor management, legal, user experience, and/or customer support
SAFe, Scrum, or other related Agile practice certifications
Technical familiarity with cloud-hosted platforms, automated fare collection, or high-tech solutions.
Hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about mentoring and elevating the product management discipline, and product development overall, within the organization.
Knows how to see what needs to be done and does it without being asked.
Proven track record of driving delivery across multiple product teams.
Excels at influencing without direct authority and fostering cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Drive product development with our teams including grooming the backlog and day-to-day decisions on features, defects and debt.
Partner with key Umo and cFlex stakeholders in the business and technology teams as you deliver product.
Own Umo Pass and cFlex product delivery, and with your team, drive success to our existing and future customer base.
Dive into product architecture, design, and platform scalability, partnering with engineering and design to deliver robust solutions efficiently.
Present strategic recommendations and product outcomes to leadership, influencing decisions about the products you work on.
Drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and maximize ROI through data-driven prioritization and resource allocation.
Using your experience with cloud-hosted platforms to innovate solutions that drive customer value, reduce cost, and increase flexibility.
