Helcim is searching for a motivated and curious Product Manager (Mid level or Senior) to join us on our mission to become the world’s most loved payments company. In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced product leaders and cross-functional teams to help deliver impactful product improvements for our merchants. Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in product management or related roles
  • Mid-level: 3–4 years, experience contributing to product delivery
  • Senior: 5–6+ years, experience owning product areas or initiatives end-to-end
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, technology)
  • Able to drive cross-functional product alignment by influencing without authority.
  • Empathetic and able to understand the experiences of our merchants.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages.
  • Knowledge of startup industry trends, funding cycles, and emerging technologies.
  • Have experience in a start-up/growth environment and are excited by the prospect of disproportionately impacting direction and processes.
  • Excited by the opportunity to join a growing & scaling company and the unique challenges that it poses.
  • Have the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the organization
  • A deep empathy for users and the ability to put the customer at the center of all product and decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and improvement across our payments platform.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and other product teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
  • Translate vision & strategy into a clear product roadmap to drive growth.
  • Analyze user behavior, conduct market research, and leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and pain points.
  • Serve as a liaison between the development team and internal/external stakeholders.
