About The Position

At Google, Product Managers guide products from conception to launch by connecting technical and business considerations, breaking complex problems into steps, and working with engineers, designers, marketers, and other collaborators. The Google Health team builds consumer health and wellness products that combine Google technologies and foundational AI models to help users understand their health and take proactive actions to improve long-term health. In this role, you will scale Health Guardian, Google’s longitudinal and proactive health solution. You will bridge physiological AI research with reliable health data pipelines, clinical validation workflows, and consumer health features ready for launch. You will also help expand health data integration and Health Guardian features to enable more personalized and helpful Health Coach experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
Experience in product management focused on building consumer app platforms.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant technical or health field.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, with strong technical, analytical, and collaboration skills.
Ability to prioritize and balance resources across teams while ensuring milestones are met on time and with high quality.
Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts and drive alignment across Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, and Raters.
Success solving ambiguous problems, challenging the status quo, and creating innovative, successful consumer-facing products.

Responsibilities

Drive strategy to scale health data integration for the Google Health app and enable more personalized and helpful Health Coach experiences.
Scale integration of Health Guardian with Google Health Coach to help users understand their health and receive personalized recommendations for next steps.
Shepherd core Health Guardian features and drive development of new features.
Lead product strategy and execution for longitudinal data collection to support novel health discovery, including leading a large-scale research study and designing engaging user experiences that support high-quality data collection.
Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to accelerate validation while upholding clinical, legal, privacy, and safety guardrails.
