Key activities include identifying unmet needs, defining requirements, writing user stories, developing project communication plans, and testing product features. The position requires applying business management and project leadership skills to develop product roadmaps aligned with company goals, creating and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for product success, and identifying areas where technology can improve product-based projects. Collaboration with business teams, end users, UX Design, and Technology partners is essential for scoping solutions, writing user stories, and preparing for product launches. The role also involves analyzing and coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets for FinTech product projects, understanding business impacts, managing concurrent requests, and monitoring product performance and the competitive landscape from a business, legal, and compliance perspective.
