About The Position

Faire is seeking Product Managers to join their team. These roles will be at the intersection of design, engineering, data science, strategy, and go-to-market. Product Managers will partner closely with these functions, as well as founders and senior leadership, to shape decisions that drive Faire forward. They will own a significant area of the roadmap, gain a deep understanding of the customers they serve, and execute with a focus on impact. Faire hires role-agnostic candidates, assessing fit through the interview process and then matching individuals to the role, team, and problem space where they can have the greatest impact, based on their experience, skills, and interests. The Product Manager will be aligned to one of the following pillars: Retailer Growth, Brand, Discovery, Value, or Ads.
