About The Position

The Product Manager is responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of healthcare products across the organization. This role drives product lifecycle management from concept through launch and optimization, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational growth goals. The Product Manager serves as the central point of accountability across cross-functional teams, translating strategic priorities into actionable product initiatives and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 years product management in healthcare, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree
  • 2 years Experience with Medicare Advantage and/or ACA products
  • Product strategy & roadmap ownership
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Stakeholder influence and executive communication
  • Understanding of healthcare regulatory environment (CMS, state filings)
  • Financial and business acumen

Responsibilities

  • Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to organizational priorities
  • Translate strategic goals into prioritized product initiatives, features, and enhancements
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to identify opportunities
  • Develop and present business cases, including financial modeling, pricing, and ROI
  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, design, development, launch, and optimization
  • Manage product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization across competing initiatives
  • Ensure proper product implementations hand off, ensuring delivery timelines and quality standards
  • Ensure all product designs, benefits, and materials comply with CMS, state, and federal regulations
  • Partner with Regulatory to support filings, audits, and regulatory reviews
  • Integrate regulatory requirements into product design, timelines, and operational workflows
  • Stay current on evolving healthcare regulations and assess product impact
  • Identify and drive process improvements across product development
  • Evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and product enhancements
  • Support innovation initiatives aligned to digital health, value-based care, or benefit design
