About The Position

Lab37 Robotics is a technology company developing and deploying robots for direct-to-customer food production. The Product Manager will own the product definition, strategy, and roadmap for KitchenOS tools supporting R&D teams, brand managers, and kitchen operators across recipe development, menu building, production, and inventory workflows. The role translates operator insights and operational data into clear priorities and requirements, and leads the product lifecycle from discovery through QA, rollout, and iteration. The Product Manager will improve user effectiveness and workflow reliability, support seamless launches, and coordinate delivery across the KitchenOS roadmap. This includes making brand and menu launches easier, simplifying kitchen operations, translating forecasts and operational signals into useful tools, and making recipes, instructions, and quality checks accessible at the point of work. The role is based onsite in the company's Los Angeles office five days a week.

  • Hands-on, field-oriented approach, including comfort spending time in kitchens observing workflows and translating operator feedback and data into product decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including writing clear requirements, explaining trade-offs, and aligning cross-functional teams.
