As a Product Manager in the Ai4Ops Acceleration Domain, you will: Innovate new AI-driven product offerings and lead the end-to-end product life cycle. Act as the voice of the customer, implementing domain solutions that provide customer value. Guide successful product launches, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, and AI Annotation specialists—to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Commit to scalability, resiliency, and stability in all product initiatives.

Requirements

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, program management, or a relevant domain area, ideally with exposure to AI or machine learning technologies.
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, data analytics, and AI concepts.
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management, with a focus on AI-driven products.
Demonstrated success in managing and implementing operational effectiveness and portfolio management initiatives.
Proven ability to operate within agile methodologies and deliver scalable, resilient, and stable AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

Drive Strategy & Prioritization
Develop a product strategy and vision leveraging AI technologies to deliver value to customers.
Collaborate across the product ecosystem to define strategic direction, set priorities, and execute initiatives aligned with business goals and AI advancements.
Inform and review priorities, manage requests, make critical decisions, communicate updates, and escalate issues as needed.
Build awareness of dependencies and cross-functional impacts to enable efficient decision-making.
Oversee portfolio planning, dependency management, logistical coordination, and escalation processes.
Product Management & AI Innovation
Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate AI capabilities into the product roadmap.
Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition, with a focus on AI features and enhancements.
Build frameworks and track key success metrics such as cost, feature/functionality, risk posture, reliability, and AI performance indicators.
Guide successful product launches, gather feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences, especially for AI-powered features.
Oversight, Monitoring & Optimization
Provide thought leadership to partners and drive adoption of best-in-class planning processes.
Coordinate preparation, logistics, and material development for quarterly planning sessions with key stakeholders.
