About The Position

The Product Manager for Commercial Banking Solutions is accountable for the strategic direction and tactical execution of design, delivery, and operational support aligned to Fiserv’s commercial treasury portfolio. This critical role is responsible for Product ownership of a premium Treasury banking solution for commercial customers covering the full gamut of bank provided services ranging from information reporting, payment processing, receivables management and expense management for thousands of commercial customers at hundreds of financial institutions. As a Product manager, you will be focused on the coordination and continual evolution of the digital solutions and integrations for the Digital Payments division. These responsibilities include product strategy, operations structuring, and market assessment working closely with counterparts in Technology development, Implementation and Delivery, Operations, Product Marketing, Sales and Account Management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management especially in the Commercial Treasury Banking driving Product Development and commercialization, Banking Operations or Solutions Architecture roles.
  • 3+ years of experience working in complex wholesale banking product distribution models where services are embedded or delivered through other solutions and where your product end-user is a customer of your client – B2B2C model.
  • Strong knowledge of trends in the Commercial or Treasury banking, payments & financial services business and how these trends will impact future business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a complex business environment and drive cultural transformation
  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving business growth
  • Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute delivery plans for a defined product roadmap, in line with a target product strategy, operations, and marketing plans
  • Partner closely with allied groups including Development, Implementations, Service, Operations and Sales/Marketing, building trust and credibility through teamwork within and across Fiserv Divisional Business Units.
  • Collaborate with clients and client-facing teams to support product adoption and roll-out
  • Lead the development of a long-term product and market strategy
  • Drive innovation and business growth in a shared services environment
  • The goal is to maintain delivery of a high quality, stable, and scalable Commercial banking platform supporting Fiserv clients and their accountholders
