About The Position

The Oracle Dedicated Cloud Product Management team is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Principal Product Manager. The team's goal is to enhance the value of distributed cloud, expand deployments, and offer diverse products to meet customer business needs, operating with the agility of a startup and the customer focus of a leading enterprise software company. This role is based in Nashville, TN, or requires relocation. The primary objective is to spearhead the strategy and technical requirements for improving privileged access management, service account governance, credential rotation, and emergency access procedures, ensuring immutable logging and audit records for all changes and incidents. The position requires both technical and product knowledge to navigate a broad range of internal and external requirements and determine the optimal path forward, understanding service technical dependencies while prioritizing customer experience. Strong organizational skills are essential to maintain focus on priorities and provide direction to leadership. A successful candidate will be passionate about product management, with significant experience in identity and access, user interfaces, APIs, and productizing capabilities. Experience in managing cross-functional teams in complex technology projects, defining requirements and key metrics, and establishing positive relationships with internal and external product teams, support organizations, and executive stakeholders is crucial.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant hands-on product strategy experience with cloud within the security domain.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and executive presence.
  • Ability to define and shape the product strategy for developer operations and service reliability.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of successfully shipping new products in an agile environment.
  • Passion for product management and strong experience with identity and access, user interfaces, APIs, and productizing capabilities.
  • Experience in managing cross functional teams in complex technology projects as a collaborative leader with the ability to define the requirements and key metrics.
  • Proven track record of establishing positive relationships with internal, external product teams, support organization, and executive stakeholders in all forms of communication.

Responsibilities

  • Drive large scale change across multiple Oracle organizations.
  • Write product strategy as an input to product design.
  • Identify, define and prioritize features and capabilities.
  • Represent product roadmap and strategy to customers and collaborators.
  • Strong use of artificial Intelligence to further the goal.
  • Define and measure the operator experience and performance goals.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues that might otherwise derail projects.
  • Be an advocate for the customer through the product lifecycle.
  • Create content to help enable customer success.
  • Manage internal stakeholders through suitable gates to ensure a successful outcome.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
