About The Position

As a GTM Strategy and Operations leader, you will develop growth strategy for Oracle Health, influencing health outcomes for the next billion. This role seeks a strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare and global market trends, possessing the skills to navigate complex landscapes and drive business growth. The Healthcare Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategist will join a dynamic team to help shape the future of the organization with a focus on expansion, growth, and development. You will play a pivotal part in developing and executing strategies to expand Oracle Health's presence and shape the future of healthcare. Oracle Health is a leading global healthcare organization committed to transforming healthcare services, enhancing quality of care, improving patient outcomes, and fostering innovation. This market strategist will drive Oracle Health's new EHR initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Strategy, Business Management, Marketing, Product Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
Proven experience (10+ years) in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development within the healthcare industry
Experience of delivery of large-scale system-wide programmes and development of comprehensive business cases is preferable
5 years+ a top tier consultancy with experience with project delivery within the healthcare industry
In-depth knowledge of global healthcare trends, market dynamics, and regulatory environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions
Proven analytical and business and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply financial analysis to commercial issues
Ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions and strategic recommendations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and backgrounds
Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with data analytics and Microsoft Office suite
Minimum intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

MBA preferred
Highly numerate and confident and experienced in financial modelling, valuation analysis and business plan and commercial analysis
Proficiency in market research tools and familiarity of platforms such as Gartner, CB Insights, Forrester, Definitive Healthcare
