About The Position

The Oracle Dedicated Cloud Product Management team is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Principal Product Manager. The team's goal is to increase the value of distributed cloud, rapidly expand deployments, and provide customers with a choice of products to meet their business requirements. This role operates with the speed and attitude of a start-up, combined with the scale and customer-focus of a leading enterprise software company. The Senior Principal Product Manager will work with internal and external customers to deliver best-in-class service at scale, specifically advancing the Operator experience for Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy. The primary objective is to spearhead the strategy and technical requirements for improving privileged access management, service account governance, credential rotation, and emergency access procedures, ensuring immutable logging and audit records for changes and incidents. The role requires both technical and product knowledge to navigate a broad range of internal and external requirements, determining the appropriate path forward by understanding technical service dependencies and applying a customer experience aptitude. Strong organizational skills are essential to help colleagues maintain focus on priorities and provide insights and direction to leadership.

Requirements

  • Experienced and motivated Senior Principal Product Manager
  • Technical and product knowledge
  • Understanding the technical dependencies of a service while applying an aptitude for the customer experience
  • Good organization skills
  • Passion for product management
  • Strong experience with identity and access, user interfaces, API’s, and productizing capabilities
  • Experience in managing cross functional teams in complex technology projects as a collaborative leader with the ability to define the requirements and key metrics
  • Proven track record of establishing positive relationships with internal, external product teams, support organization, and executive stakeholders in all forms of communication
