About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a Product Manager to own the vision for reimagining the customer support experience by leveraging Slack, Slackbot, Service Cloud core capabilities, and Headless 360 (Salesforce MCPs/APIs). This role involves conducting market and competitive research, creating AI-powered prototypes, driving customer engagements, and collaborating with Slack and other partner teams to define a joint solution roadmap. The Product Manager will work closely with scrum teams to deliver the solution, leverage capabilities from Agentforce and platform teams, and manage technical dependencies. Additionally, this role requires presenting the vision and solution to executives and stakeholders, enabling the field to position and sell the solution effectively, and providing deal support as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience building enterprise enterprise software applications with consumer grade UX and platform extensibility
  • Strong curiosity and empathy to understand customer problems, and judgement to prioritize them effectively
  • Deep technical aptitude to manage discussions with engineering to drive architecture decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure that the product is built for scale, reliability, and extensibility.
  • Ability to work across other product teams as well as cross functional teams to deliver a joint roadmap
  • Active use of AI-powered productivity tools in day-to-day work
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
