Product Manager/Senior Product Manager, Partnerships Platform & Integrations

Grow TherapySan Francisco, CA
$175,000 - $225,000

About The Position

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $328Mm in funding, including our Series D, at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others. About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Partnerships Platform (Integrations) team within Grow Therapy's Lives Covered pillar. You'll own the technical integration layer that connects Grow to our partner ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing the platform roadmap, driving interoperability strategy, and ensuring that partner integrations are reliable, scalable, and fast to deploy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years building platform or API products that serve multiple internal teams or external partners
  • Strong relationship management skills and experience working externally with partners and B2B customers
  • Deep technical fluency — ability to work directly with engineers on API design, data models, and system architecture
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage dependencies across multiple teams and external partners simultaneously, driving clarity where there is none
  • Track record of building scalable systems (internal platforms, developer tools, or integration infrastructure) and measuring success through reliability, speed, and partner satisfaction rather than just feature launches

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, C-CDA)
  • Experience with complex B2B integration work involving multi-party data exchange

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for Grow's partner integration platform
  • Lead the design and delivery of healthcare interoperability solutions, starting with clinical data exchange for our largest health system partners
  • Drive platform improvements that reduce time-to-launch for new partner integrations from months to days, enabling the sales and partnerships teams to close and activate deals faster
  • Build integration monitoring and alerting capabilities to proactively catch and resolve data quality issues across partner connections, ensuring high uptime and data accuracy
  • Serve as the technical integration point of contact both internally and external with partners

Benefits

  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus life and disability coverage.
  • Parental Leave & Family Support: Up to 18 weeks paid leave and a new child stipend.
  • Financial Wellness: 401(k) program and equity opportunities.
  • Meals & Home Office Support: Stipends for home office setup and ongoing funds for meals, with tailored perks for both remote and in-office employees.
  • Time Off to Recharge: Flexible PTO, 12 paid holidays, and a full winter break week.
  • Wellness & Development: Annual stipends to put towards personal & professional growth.
  • Mental & Physical Health Support: No-cost access to therapy through the Grow platform, weekly flexible hours for self-care (“Mental Health Mornings/Afternoons”) and memberships to leading wellness apps (such as One Medical, Headspace, and Talkspace).
  • Extra Perks: Pet insurance discounts, commuter benefits, and global travel assistance.
