Product Manager – Roto-Jet (Relocation to Fresno, CA or Remote Considered) Compensation Base Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 Discretionary Bonus Eligibility Target Total Target Cash Compensation: $162,500 – $182,000 Why Join Trillium Flow Technologies? Job Summary The Product Manager – Roto-Jet is responsible for the strategic and financial performance of Trillium’s high-pressure pitot tube pump product line. This role owns product line growth, margin expansion, and lifecycle strategy while serving as the technical-commercial leader for complex, engineered pump applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
- 7+ years in product management, applications engineering, or technical sales in pumps/rotating equipment
- Experience with engineered-to-order or high-pressure pump systems
- Proven success in product ownership, pricing, and lifecycle management
Responsibilities
- Own full product line P&L, including revenue, margin, and lifecycle profitability
- Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and competitive positioning
- Lead product lifecycle management including NPD, cost optimization, and end-of-life decisions
- Drive pricing strategy to achieve margin expansion and market competitiveness
- Conduct market and competitive analysis across oil & gas, power, and industrial sectors
- Partner with sales to drive key opportunities and growth strategies
- Serve as technical subject matter expert for high-pressure applications
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and supply chain
- Other duties as assigned.
