About The Position

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Product Manager, Regulatory Data to lead the strategy and execution of their multi-jurisdictional regulatory and compliance reporting suite. This role involves understanding reporting obligations across different markets, how data flows support these reports, and evolving systems for new requirements. The position requires hands-on work with SQL, schemas, and pipelines, including digging into raw data for troubleshooting and validation. The Product Manager will collaborate with Data, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams to define reporting logic, handle edge cases, and deliver audit-ready data products. This is a high-impact, technical product role at the intersection of data infrastructure, compliance obligations, and operational risk, crucial for building a scalable, accurate, and trusted reporting foundation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product, compliance operations, regulatory reporting, or adjacent roles
  • Technical fluency: ability to speak the language of APIs, data pipelines, and integration plans
  • Strong analytical skills: experience with SQL, BI tools, or large datasets
  • A bias toward action; willingness to take initiative without waiting for explicit direction
  • Comfort working closely with legal, compliance, external regulators, and engineering stakeholders across time zones
  • Ability to influence without authority, make defensible decisions, and challenge assumptions
  • Resilience and a sense of humor

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve requirements for regulatory and compliance reports across multiple U.S. jurisdictions
  • Write and run SQL queries to validate report logic, identify root causes, and support audit investigations
  • Understand how data flows from source systems through pipelines into report outputs, and map those flows clearly
  • Partner with Compliance and Legal to interpret regulatory requirements, resolve ambiguity, and translate into precise data logic
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Platform teams to manage dependencies and maintain data quality
  • Act as the subject matter expert on field-level report logic, business context, and jurisdictional nuance
  • Monitor regulatory changes and lead corresponding updates to logic, format, and pipeline dependencies
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, accessible, and defensible under regulatory scrutiny
  • Lead triage and resolution of data or reporting issues in production environments
