Sanofi is undergoing a significant digital transformation, with a key focus on advancing its data capabilities and integrating AI/ML solutions to enhance R&D, manufacturing, and commercial performance. A critical component of this strategy is modernizing the US Gross-to-Net (GTN) processes, transitioning from manual methods to AI-powered, end-to-end GTN insights, forecasting, reconciliation, and decision support. This role involves leading a portfolio of AI and analytics products essential for the US GTN function, specifically focusing on three strategic products: GTN CLARITY for retrospective insights, GTN COMPASS for predictive investment strategy, and Dynamic GTN Forecasting using advanced ML & AI. The Product Owner will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with various leadership teams including Finance, Pricing, Access Analytics, Go to Market Capabilities, Digital, and Brand. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI/ML-driven analytics, strong product leadership, and the ability to develop impactful digital solutions for complex, regulated, and data-intensive environments. This role is crucial in shaping Advanced Analytics & AI solution development, implementing best practices (including responsible AI), and driving continuous improvement.
