Sr Product Manager - Product Detail Page (PDP) Experience

TargetMinneapolis, MN
$115,000 - $206,000Hybrid

About The Position

Product Teams at Target are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use, easily maintained and highly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all product, technology, discovery and design work. As Target continues to evolve its digital shopping experience, the Product Detail Page (PDP) Experience team owns the guest-facing experiences that help guests evaluate products, build confidence to buy, and make informed purchase decisions. This includes experiences such as product content, reviews and ratings, fulfillment and availability information, recommendations, and other decision-support experiences that influence engagement, conversion, and basket building. The team also partners closely with UX, personalization, analytics, engineering, and data science teams to shape contextually-aware experiences that respond to guest needs, shopping behaviors, and product signals — ensuring guests receive the most relevant information at the right moment in their shopping journey. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and set key business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product. You will need to leverage the knowledge of your product, as well as customer feedback and establish other relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. You will lead a product and work in unison with engineers, UX designers, data scientists and business partners to deliver a product. This role offers the opportunity to shape one of Target's most critical digital experiences. You'll help transform the Product Detail Page from a static destination into an adaptive, context-aware shopping experience that delivers the most relevant information at the right moment in the shopping journey. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.
