About The Position

We’re searching for a Product Manager to lead Spotify’s Podcast Promotions squad, equipping creator teams to drive targeted growth in audience engagement and to deepen fan relationships. In this role, you’ll define and deliver the product strategy for our suite of promotional tools for creators and publishers, giving customers actionable, data-driven ways to drive targeted growth for video and audio content among key audiences, in key moments, in support of their business goals. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, design, product insights, and business stakeholders to evolve Spotify’s promotion proposition as part of our creator monetization ecosystem and shape the future of creator-led growth tools.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally building or scaling creator, advertising, and/or growth products in a technology or media company.
  • You’ve successfully shipped data-driven tools that enable creators, advertisers, or enterprise partners to grow their audiences and business outcomes.
  • You’re skilled at turning complex insights and stakeholder needs into clear product strategy, balancing long-term vision with pragmatic execution.
  • You’re data-informed and customer-obsessed, able to use qualitative and quantitative signals to guide product direction.
  • You’ve successfully leveraged AI tools to uplevel the products you deliver and how your teams operate.
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments, partnering effectively with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver results.
  • You’re passionate about the creator economy, excited about the opportunity to help the world’s best creative voices grow their businesses on Spotify.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for promotional tools that enable publishers and creators to drive targeted audience engagement.
  • Build innovative, data-driven experiences that make it easy for creators to plan, book, target, and measure effective promotional campaigns.
  • Influence across R&D organizations to scale creator-led promotions as part of Spotify’s broader promotions stack, evolving audience segmentation, formats and placements, and measurement capabilities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and insights to develop AI-assisted promotional assets, campaign templates, and performance insights with actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Partner with Podcast R&D teams to ensure promotions complement our broader creator and publisher experience for episode publishing, analytics, ads monetization, and subscription monetization.
  • Advocate for customer needs and ensure Spotify’s tools are intuitive, effective, and grounded in real-world creator business goals.
