About The Position

We are seeking a builder PM with 4-9 years of experience as a PM or founder who has shipped agentic AI products end-to-end. The ideal candidate is comfortable working hands-on in the codebase, running their own discovery, and shipping with AI-native engineers rapidly. Healthcare product experience is highly preferred, with bonus points for experience building multi-tenant developer platforms or internal tooling for technical operators. The role involves owning the platform that productizes experiments and shared problems into durable, multi-tenant capabilities adopted across clinics, making architecture decisions, defining contracts, and driving rollout. You will embed with Forward Deployed Engineers, internal teams, and healthcare providers to identify high-value problems, own the agentic development lifecycle end-to-end, and run experiments to accelerate revenue by enabling pods to hit targets faster without growing headcount. The goal is to set the market benchmark on agent quality, making platform-built workflows #1 on automation rate and patient experience.

Requirements

• 4 - 9 years of experience
• 4–9 years as a PM, founder, or "builder" (sweet spot ~6); must be hands-on, not a pure people-manager
• Has shipped an agentic product end-to-end — ideally something reusable across customers/teams (platform, infra, or internal tooling), not a one-off feature
• Early / founding PM (or builder) at an AI-native company
• Healthcare + workflow-automation/ops experience
• Builds directly with AI — prototypes and ships with AI coding tools (Claude Code / Cursor)
• Can read and talk code, and discuss workflow/orchestration architecture
• On-site NYC + willing to travel ~30–40% to domestic client sites

Responsibilities

• Own the platform that productizes proven experiments and shared problems into durable, multi-tenant capabilities adopted across 63+ clinics — making architecture decisions, defining contracts between lifecycle stages, and driving rollout
• Embed with Forward Deployed Engineers (your primary user), internal teams, and healthcare providers to surface the highest-value problems through pattern matching across federated silos
• Own the agentic development lifecycle end-to-end (build → test → deploy → monitor → eval → improve → scale) with self-healing and self-learning baked in, plus workflow automation and provider self-serve surfaces
• Run experiments where the answer isn't known — hypothesis → smallest falsifying test → honest read — killing dead ends fast and scaling what works
• Accelerate revenue by helping pods hit targets faster without growing FDE headcount, turning one-off client wins into platform capabilities the whole company runs on
• Set the market benchmark on agent quality — making platform-built workflows #1 on automation rate and patient experience, with the gap widening every quarter
