Product Manager, Platform/Infrastructure

Onsetto, IncDenver, CO

About The Position

Weʼre not following a playbook. Weʼre writing the one for business account switching. Onsetto is building the infrastructure that powers how businesses switch their primary bank account. Today, that process is manual, error-prone, and fragmented across systems. It slows down banks, frustrates businesses, and creates risk at the exact moment it matters most. Weʼre changing that by combining workflow automation, financial infrastructure, and AI into a single system. The Role Weʼre looking for a Product Manager who can operate at both levels: driving day-to-day execution while contributing to the long-term product direction. You will work directly with the CPO to translate product vision into execution, ensuring ideas move quickly from concept → build → production → iteration. This is a high-ownership role. You will be expected to bring structure to ambiguity, keep teams aligned, and ensure the product consistently moves forward. You are highly detail-oriented and take pride in operational excellence. You understand that strong product execution is built on clarity, precision, and systems that scale.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of product experience, ideally in B2B, fintech, or infrastructure-heavy environments
  • Strong execution ability. You consistently move work forward and get things shipped
  • Highly detail-oriented. You care about getting the details right without losing speed
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without losing structure
  • Technical fluency. You can work effectively with engineers and understand system constraints
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
  • High ownership mentality. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
  • Clear communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools, with the ability to create structured workflows and meaningful dashboards
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, or product outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working on products involving financial systems, payments, or integrations
  • Experience managing high volumes of inputs (customers, support, internal teams) and turning them into structured execution
  • Startup or early-stage experience
  • Exposure to APIs, data pipelines, or automation systems
  • A track record of using AI to meaningfully increase output, speed, or quality of work

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day product execution: Ensure work moves from idea → shipped → working in production
  • Translate inputs into action: Turn customer needs, internal feedback, and product vision into clear, actionable direction for engineering
  • Bring structure to ambiguity: Create clarity where none exists, prioritize effectively, and keep teams aligned
  • Manage product flow across the system: Own the intake and prioritization of requests, issues, and improvements across customers, support, and internal teams
  • Operate as a Jira power user: Build and maintain clear, actionable tickets, workflows, and dashboards that provide visibility into product progress, bottlenecks, and outcomes
  • Leverage AI to amplify output: Use modern AI tools to accelerate product discovery, execution, analysis, and communication, and continuously improve how work gets done
  • Work directly with the CPO: Help translate strategy into execution and ensure alignment across the product organization
  • Build with engineers: Partner closely with engineering to design, scope, and ship high-quality solutions
  • Stay close to customers: Engage directly with banks and businesses to understand real workflows and pain points
  • Balance speed and quality: Move quickly while maintaining a high bar for what goes into production
