You will own the delivery of scalable benefit platform solutions that will deliver meaningful value to customers, reduce complexity, and enable our product and technology teams to execute faster. How You’ll Make an Impact As a Product Manager IV, Platform Services, you will: Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in Health & Benefits ensuring our platform logic meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Strategy & Delivery: Translate and synthesize business vision, market gaps, and technical needs into clear strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Design to deliver API-driven solutions for customers and end consumers. Alignment: Lead high-stakes stakeholder alignment and facilitate difficult trade-off conversations across Digital, Technology, and Commercial teams to ensure successful outcomes Agile Leadership: Lead agile delivery across multiple engineering teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives Data-Driven: Use customer insights and metrics to measure success and drive decisions to improve the customer experience by making the most impactful enhancements Problem Solving: Investigate legacy and modern system behaviors to design long-term platform abstractions
