About The Position

The Product Manager, IT will be an integral role required for the implementation and market offering of innovative enterprise solutions with focus on product vision, roadmap, and strategy

Requirements

Generally requires 5 to 7 years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with critical thinking and professional composure.
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment.
Knowledge and skill in use of job appropriate technology and software applications.

Responsibilities

Maintains issues log and project schedule, and assures adequate project staffing.
Conducts meetings with appropriate JHS staff to discuss project status, progress, issues, and to ensure project milestones are delivered.
Creates and maintains documentation for PMO standards and processes.
Proactively identifies market opportunities, performs competitive analysis and captures product feedback from customers.
Gathers market and customer requirements. Based on this information, acts as a customer advocate to articulate users' needs and defend the need for the new product.
Clearly defines the business value, objectives and Key Results (KPI's) to the product team and drives to product success based on key metrics.
Drives alignment across cross-functional teams and create clarity in the face of ambiguity.
Collects, curates, and promotes the most relevant ideas into features.
Manages features and dependencies in and across releases.
Manages releases with phases and milestones.
Demonstrates behaviors of service excellence and CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Expertise).
Performs other related duties as assigned.
