About The Position

WEX FSM creates software solutions to help contractors simplify their business and make life easier. Our software product is an end-to-end Field Service Management platform that helps contractors run their business, grow sales, and simplify back-office operations. WEX FSM provides complete business management including schedule / dispatch, invoicing, sales proposals, and maintenance agreements. It also enables a full range of payment and financing solutions, which further help contractors decrease outstandings, generate more revenue per job, and save time. As a Product Manager, Integrations at WEX FSM, you will be a key driver of innovation and excellence in our product portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and ensuring their continued success in the market. Requirements

  • Proficiency in interpreting customer feedback and transforming it into actionable problem-solving solutions.
  • Proven track record in designing user-friendly software solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Skill in documenting software requirements and creating support documentation to aid the customer support team in providing effective assistance.
  • Familiarity with software development tools such as Jira and Confluence to streamline project management and collaboration.
  • A deep commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Flexibility and effectiveness in working collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure product excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, while effectively managing multiple projects concurrently and prioritizing tasks.
  • Comfortable with troubleshooting and addressing software problem reports.
  • 5+ years of Product Management Experience.
  • Strong technical fluency; able to have credible conversations about API design and architecture.
  • Demonstrated success building external, partner-facing integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction for our products, encompassing go-to-market strategy, roadmap planning, product-market fit analysis, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead the cross-functional collaboration with user experience designers, engineers, DevOps, and QA team members to define and prioritize requirements, coordinate testing, and drive the design and development of new product features and enhancements. Uphold best practices aligned with Agile methodology to streamline product development and release processes.
  • Lead and manage large transformational projects, demonstrating your ability to handle complex initiatives. Additionally, actively participate in and guide traditional software development processes.
  • Create comprehensive internal training documentation to ensure that Payzer team members, including customer support, are well-equipped to support our products effectively.
  • Engage closely with customers to understand their root problems, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs in product design and development.
  • Effectively engage with senior leadership by presenting product strategies, progress, and outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and securing their support.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior Product Managers and Business Analysts, fostering their growth and development within the team.
