About The Position

We are looking for a high performing, self-driven Product Manager to develop strategies and lead marketing efforts targeting WATCHMAN Implanting physicians to drive market growth and to protect market share. This role will work closely with the broader WATCHMAN marketing team, various cross-functional partners, the US sales team, and key physicians. This role requires a high degree of collaboration, strategic thinking, attention to detail, a flexible mindset, and the ability to work under pressure. This person will have high visibility with senior leadership and customers and must be able to communicate professionally and effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of medical device experience
  • Analytical skills and ability to craft business plan
  • Commercial experience (i.e. product launch, campaigns, and sales engagement)
  • Experience with determining customer needs within medical device markets
  • Willing to travel up to 30%, including international travel

  • Advanced degree such as Master’s or MBA
  • Cardiology experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success supporting and/or managing complex projects
  • Demonstrated success working as an integral cross functional team member
  • Ability to develop clinical expertise in medical devices

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement downstream marketing strategies for the WATCHMAN therapy.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to identify new opportunities and drive product differentiation.
  • Develop strategies and follow through on execution to keep WATCHMAN top-of-mind and the preferred brand for LAAC among implanting physicians.
  • Develop strategies specific to key Implanter segments and partner with the broader team to build and execute marketing plans that support business goals.
  • Support multi-channel marketing efforts in coordination with broader team, including content planning, content development, and complaints monitoring.
  • Analyze and synthesize competitive intelligence to guide strategic decision-making, including positioning, messaging, and tactical field actions.
  • Develop content, resources, programs, and sales tools that support growth and competitive strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales training to co-create and roll-out field training materials and strategies.
  • Effectively communicate status and outcomes of ongoing work with senior leadership.
  • Build relationships and drive alignment with key cross-functional and cross-divisional partners.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
  • Support WATCHMAN marketing and other functions with annual planning & budgeting.
