We are seeking a motivated and experienced Downstream Marketing Manager to join our growing Commercial team and help scale our business. The Marketing Manager will be vital in driving awareness for Cala TAPS(R) Therapy amongst healthcare providers and patients. This role primarily focuses on marketing communications, content management, and event management, and is ideal for someone who can think strategically, yet execute details flawlessly. The ideal candidate is someone who desires to be part of a high-growth and fast-paced MedTech organization. The Marketing Manager will report to the VP, Marketing and will not have direct reports. The compensation range for this role is market driven, with a salary range of $120,000 - $145,000. Additionally, we offer a robust benefits package. This offering is aligned with our overall compensation philosophy. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Cala will not sponsor applicants for work visas. Location: Onsite Hybrid (On-site 3 days a week in San Mateo, CA)
