This role involves collaborating with International Expansion leadership to define and execute eero’s internationalization strategy. The Product Manager II will partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Packaging, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to evaluate new international launch requests, vet feasibility, and drive the execution of the international roadmap. The position requires using data to validate hypotheses, inform decision-making, and prioritize launches across multiple countries and channels. Additionally, the role involves escalating technical and program risks, blockers, and tradeoff scenarios to decision-makers with clear impact analysis to enable fast resolution and minimal disruption. Developing subject matter expertise in stakeholder workflows to improve program efficiency and reduce friction across handoffs is also a key responsibility. The Product Manager II will drive program management processes for international launches, ensuring timely delivery against customer commitments and internal goals, and implement audit mechanisms and continuous improvements to increase program efficiency, scalability, and reliability. Creating and maintaining self-service resources, tools, and documentation to enable teams to move faster and reduce dependency, and responding to requests from leadership and stakeholders with dependable SLAs, ensuring clarity and accountability are also part of the role.
