About The Position

Disney Entertainment & ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Product Manager II to join the Ad Platform team. This role will focus on Audience Targeting and Measurement, defining how Disney proves advertiser outcomes at scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ads measurement and identity ecosystems, a data-driven approach, and an AI-native mindset. This position is responsible for Disney’s industry-leading ad technology and products, driving advertising performance, innovation, and value across all media platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Basic understanding of CTV/streaming advertising dynamics
  • Highly analytical — comfortable interrogating data and holding engineering to data quality standards
  • Solid communication skills across engineering partners and non-technical business stakeholders
  • Bias for execution with impeccable follow-through
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product backlog for audience targeting and measurement capabilities, overseeing near and long-term delivery.
  • Create detailed product specifications and user stories, translating stakeholder needs into actionable engineering tasks, from signal ingestion to measurement reporting.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX/UI design teams to develop and launch measurement products.
  • Drive targeting product features, including audience segmentation, data clean room integrations, identity resolution, and addressability features linked to Disney's first-party data.
  • Define and monitor key metrics such as coverage, match rates, measurement activation rates, and reporting latency, and work with Go-To-Market and financial planning teams to connect these to revenue.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product release readiness, including stakeholder training, documentation, and operational support.
  • Engage with a Scrum team, participating in sprint ceremonies, maintaining backlog health, driving prioritization, and ensuring clear, actionable stories for engineering teams.
  • Promote an AI-native approach to product development, utilizing intelligent tools and data automation for faster and smarter product creation.
