About The Position

The Product Manager supports the development, commercialization, and growth of service products within the Etch Service Business Unit. This role partners with product management, engineering, sales, field service, operations, and finance teams to identify customer needs, analyze market opportunities, support business planning, and execute product growth initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to product strategy execution, market analysis, customer engagement, and portfolio management activities while developing expertise in semiconductor equipment services, product management, and service commercialization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, business development, engineering, operations, semiconductor manufacturing, consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analysis, business reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in semiconductor equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, industrial technology, or related industries.
  • Understanding of product management, commercialization, service marketing, or business planning principles.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing projects or business initiatives.
  • Familiarity with forecasting, profitability analysis, market research, and business analytics.
  • MBA or Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of product and business strategies for assigned service offerings.
  • Analyze customer requirements, market trends, competitive activity, and installed-base opportunities to identify growth opportunities and business insights.
  • Assist in developing product requirements, value propositions, pricing recommendations, and go-to-market plans.
  • Support commercialization activities, including product launches, sales enablement, customer communications, and marketing collateral development.
  • Track and analyze business performance metrics, including revenue, adoption, market penetration, profitability, and customer feedback.
  • Develop forecasts, business analyses, market assessments, and management presentations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, service operations, sales, marketing, and finance teams to support product lifecycle activities.
  • Participate in customer meetings and voice-of-customer initiatives to better understand customer challenges and business requirements.
  • Support annual operating plans, portfolio reviews, and strategic planning processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer value and business performance.
